Who takes care of you when you take care of everything?

You Have Everything Handled. That’s the problem.

You are the person people call when something needs to happen. You make the decision. Find the solution. Send the email. Book the reservation. Remember the thing. Make the money. Check on everybody. Figure out what went wrong. Figure out what happens next. People tell you how amazing you are.

How strong you are.
How capable you are.
How they don’t know how you do it.

And maybe you're starting to realize you don't want to be this good at carrying everything anymore.

About Burnout Retreats

Burnout Retreats are intimate, small-group retreats for ambitious women experiencing burnout. Held in Miami, Florida, the retreat is designed around luxurious rest, nervous-system recovery, connection, and restoration.

You don’t need another strategy.

You bought the supplements. Fixed the sleep schedule. Took the weekend off. Booked the massage. Started working out again. Deleted the app. Put the phone on Do Not Disturb.

And somehow, rest became another thing you had to manage.

This isn't a retreat where you wake up at 6 AM for a workshop about becoming a better version of yourself.

There is nothing wrong with the version who arrives here.

She’s just fucking tired.

“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”

— Audre Lorde, A Burst of Light

Why Atta?

I've been creating events and gathering people since I was 14. I've produced hundreds of experiences, hosted retreats across three continents, built community projects, thrown parties, connected strangers around tables, and developed a bit of an obsession with extraordinary properties.

I relocated to Miami from New York because I was burnt out.

I spent years making things happen and got very good at surviving. I was surrounded by people cheering me on, telling me how capable I was, how much they believed in me. But being believed in isn't the same as supported. People could celebrate everything I carried without actually taking anything out of my hands.

I was the person everyone could rely on while I had very few spaces that held me.

Bone-deep exhaustion made me get honest about the containers necessary to cultivate and steward my own ambition. I believe in women building legacies.

And for a few days, I want absolutely nothing for you to manage.
